Multi-event of NexusNet COST action organised by ENRICH GLOBAL, with back to back extended Board and meetings of ENRICH GLOBAL and projects
From April 22 to April 24, 2025, ENRICH GLOBAL convened its Third Innovation Days and Multi-Event at the scenic Hotel Le Saint Paul in Nice. The event attracted more than 40 participants, uniting prominent figures from European research and innovation to facilitate knowledge exchange, enhance partnerships, and establish future directions, with a particular emphasis on the NexusNet COST Action.
On April 23, the NexusNet Legacy Forum prominently featured a thorough examination of the initiative’s accomplishments and strategic legacy. This event was accessible to all participants and served as a significant highlight of the program, featuring presentations and speeches that facilitated insightful discussions and the exchange of ideas.
The concluding day, April 24, was dedicated solely to the NexusNet Core Group Meeting, which was a closed session intended for working group leaders and invited speakers. Organized under a distinct agenda by Assistant Professor Giannis Adamos, of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and NexusNet Grant Holder Manager, this strategic assembly facilitated in-depth discussions on coordination, long-term dissemination, and cross-network integration.
The multi-event was broadly acknowledged as a success, attributable to the exemplary organization executed by Svetlana Klessova and Inna Petrenko from ENRICH GLOBAL, the effective leadership and coordination provided by Assistant Professor Giannis Adamos, and the steadfast support of Professor Chrysi Laspidou, the NexusNet Action Chair and Vice-Rector of University of Thessaly. Their collective efforts fostered a productive and collaborative environment, enabling the network to advance with clarity and renewed vigor.
In the context of collaborative efforts aimed at enhancing climate resilience, Assistant Professor Giannis Adamos and Inna Petrenko, representing Enrich Global, along with their esteemed colleagues, delivered a joint presentation on pivotal climate resilience projects—ARSINOE, ENFORCE, NATALIE, and ENHANCE—demonstrating synergies and integrated methodologies in addressing systemic challenges associated with climate resilience. Furthermore, Assistant Professor Giannis Adamos delivered a presentation on the newly established Thematic Group focused on Urban Resilience and actively participated in panel discussions.
It was both a pleasure and a privilege for participants to engage with such a dynamic and purpose-driven community. As ENRICH GLOBAL’s platform expands beyond 1,300 members, events of this nature consistently illustrate the efficacy of collaboration in fostering sustainable and resilient futures.
