COST Action CA21104, Sustainable Hydropower, organizes a Workshop in the field of Water-Energy Nexus in Vienna, Austria. The Workshop focuses on energy recovery in water supply networks.

From September 27 to 30, 2023, NexusNet successfully organized a landmark multi-event in Split, Croatia, which convened stakeholders, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners from various regions of Europe to facilitate the transition from Nexus thinking to practical implementation. This four-day event was held at the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, University of Split (FEBT), under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Croatia.

On 15 September 2023, as part of the Science Summit at the 78th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA78), COST co-organised a session with the U.S. National Science Foundation AccelNET Program, in New York City, to discuss global scientific networking collaboration. For the first time, this concrete initiative joins two funding schemes and their projects.

On the 14th of September 2023 in Nis, Serbia, the Grant Holder Manager of NexusNet, Dr. Giannis Adamos, Assistant Professor at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Affiliated Professor at University of Thessaly, Greece, represented the Action at the International Conference Sinarg 2023.
